What kind of material do you use?

We are committed to using high-quality materials to ensure our clothing is both comfortable and durable. Cotton: Soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic, perfect for everyday wear. Polyester: Durable, resistant to shrinking and wrinkles, and retains color well. Linen: Lightweight, breathable, and perfect for warmer weather. We also have many fabrics and crafts. The fabrics for large-size clothing also include colored cotton pulling frame, imitation cotton pulling frame, knitted jacquard, 32 cotton jersey, matte broken card digital printing, double yarn plain fabrics, velvet full-page hot stamping, waffle, knitted jacquard, high elastic core yarn. Our plus size clothes incorporate elastic fibers like spandex or elastane (typically 3-18% of the fabric blend) to provide stretch and recovery. Each material is carefully selected based on the design and intended use of the clothing.

Are your photos exactly the same as the products?

We take great care to ensure that our photos accurately represent the products we offer. Our photos are taken with professional equipment and lighting to capture the details, colors, and textures as precisely as possible. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions when viewing the products in person. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that match your expectations based on the photos you see.

How do you ship my order?

We ship by international express parcel FEDEX/DHL/UPS/Yunexpress, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.


How to calculated the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight, so the more you buy, the more you save. For example, the EMS Express rate is almost the same whether you send 1 or 5 items. The heavier the parcel, the cheaper the postage per KG.


How to know the shipping cost before order?

The shipping cost depends on the weight, delivery way(FEDEX, DHL, UPS, Yunexpress or sea transit) and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.25 kg, but the sweater is about 1.1 kg).

When will you ship my order?

All products in stock will be despatched within 2 working days. Pre-orders will be despatched according to the estimated time of arrival.

How to ship my order?

We ship by international express parcel FEDEX/DHL/UPS/Yunexpress, sea and air freight. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.


How long does it take to get my order?

Generally it takes 7-12 working days to all the world by DHL/FedEx/UPS, and 10-15 working days by EMS (except Russia) depending on the area you live in.


Why are the shipping costs for Aurora Fashion Switzerland so high?

Most 66 Disco products (Our supplier and manufacturer)
are shipped from our warehouse in China. International shipping costs are based on the actual cost of shipping your item to you. For example, international express shipping is charged in 0.5 kg increments starting at 32 USD.

Questions about cancelation and refund


Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancelations of orders prior to shipment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. If the return is caused by the consumer, you will have to bear the shipping costs. The exact charges will depend on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or defective due to our fault, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for this reason. The consumer will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.


What to do if the item is faulty?

We are sorry if the item is faulty and we will actively take care of such incidents. We also need your help. Firstly, if the item is faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Secondly, please email the photo of the defective item to our us. We will make a partial refund to your original payment method according to your requirements. If we cannot identify it, all items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Why is my refund taking so long? Once we receive your return, we will complete your refund within 7 days. If you wish, the refund will be sent to the original payment method or to your Dear Lover wallet. Unfortunately, your refund may take 3-5 days longer to process due to transportation delays.


Why does my refund take longer than 30 days?

The method of return and the policies of the financing institutions affect how long it takes for you to receive a credit card refund. It usually takes between 5 and 7 business days for the money to appear in your account, but this can vary. Some international refunds can take up to 30 working days.
